Decisions are integrated as issues. As usual in JIRA click the “Create” button to open the create dialog.

Select issue type “Decision” and add a summarize that describe the decision.

Every decision can have multiple options between that can be decided. Options are integrated as issue panel. To show options toggle the Teamcision button.

Create your first option by clicking on the empty square with plus icon.

Describe your option and define criteria that will help you to decide the best option.

In case of multiple options and criteria, you can see the automatically generated criteria matrix at the end of the option panel.

You can get an overview of your decisions in your decision log.
